ugh, this was me back in january, after i had foot surgery... i just got into my 3x/week jogging groove and had to stop until i'm fully healed (another 2 weeks!)... i was okay for the first few days but after a week or so, i was missing my exercise and found it so weird that i felt that way... i never thought i would, but i did, and that's pretty cool... once you feel better, you'll want to get outside, and start moving again - don't worry... take this time to let your body mend itself... :-)

I can relate. Thankfully I can get outside and walk, but a sore arm (maybe tendonitis?) has sidelined my swimming efforts for the time being. All I want to do is get in the pool!

Oh no! Take care of yourself and get well soon. Yes, the motivation will still be there when you're feeling better. I'm also thinking that your walks weren't what caused the awful Monday morning... sometimes you just have to ride out the Martian Death Virus...

Hope you get better soon - I'll add an extra 5 minutes to my exercise on the stationary bike in your honor! :) Lady Rose

Take care and get better soon, sweetie. This has been the most phenomenal year for colds and flu!

Marie

You know you'll lose weight with the flu, though. . .
