You know, this arm business has me all upset. I have always had large arms, but since I have lost weight they are flabby and the skin is nasty! Like a prune. NO FAIR! And I exercise! I lift weights 3 times a week. I think I am going to have to wear at least 3/4 length sleeves this summer and I think it sucks. I long for nice toned arms. Oh well, maybe another life time? Keep up the good work, you are an inspiration!

Living in New York City broke me of my upper arm angst. It's hot here in the summer, and you are not always assured of airconditioning (which allowed me to spend my youth in Texas running around in sweatshirts even in the summers, because all you do is run from one airconditioned space to another). So women of all ages and sizes and firmness and flabness let their upper arms show. As soon as it starts to get warm, the tank tops are out.

I hear you on the arm front. I'd be so jealous of that stranger and her arms too.

I've totally fallen in love with weights and it's so fun see your body mould and shape. Just awesome.

I really like that picture of you, it's very artistic, does your hubby take a lot of photos? I always like them cause it's like a snapshot of someone (heh you, acutally) in a moment.

Even tho I have icky arms too, I've never been more aware of them then I am now... even at my biggest (250s) I wore sleeveless tops, but not because I was confident, more so ignorant.. HA, but seriously Australian heat doesn't allow you to be coy about things.

Good on you for taking comfort over OTHER'S opinions, pssh to them. Congrats on the 100mile break too!!! bloody brilliant, I remember finding you as you were lusting after bikes heh.

So cool. Have a great weekend Darlin'

Anyone who doesn't want to see my fat arms can kiss my fat ass. No, seriously, nothing makes me madder than remarks like that. I wasn't put on this earth to be someone else's eye candy: if you don't like the way I look, THEN GOUGE YOUR EYES OUT AND SWALLOW THEM.
